Christmas - Florida Style

Of course, it can't be Christmas in Florida without the electrified flamingo! This one, standing in front of one of the trailers at Live Oak RV Resort where Jim and I spent November and part of December, 2007, also nods its head up and down.





This is the home of some locals. Their homestead is highly decorated but not even close to Hartwood Acres in detail or volume of lights.






This is one of the park model trailers, also at Live Oak RV Resort. What seems a little curios, though, is the presence on the icicles at the roof's edge. Isn't this one of the reasons you move to Florida in the first place??






Here I am with the much sought after lighted palm tree - a staple in any good Florida home. Tacky, of course, but great fun.
