The Biltmore

Front entrance to the Biltmore residence as it would have been decorated in 1895 when it was opened family and friends for the first time.

Decorated with evergreen swags and red velvet roping, the Grand Staircase ascends to four floors in the mansion.

The grand fireplace in the library is of carved walnut. The library contains thousands of volumes from the Vanderbilt collection.

The second floor living hall is a gathering place for friends and family.

The dining room, with double hearth fireplace and soaring ceilings, could accommodate dozens of guests.
