Rosslyn Chapel

Rosslyn Chapel is covered with a protective metal roof and surrounded by scaffolding.








In the interior of the chapel almost every surface is covered with elaborate carvings. One can see crosses, stars, roses and an array of saints and animals.






Each pillar was elaborately carved, and different. This one is known as The Apprentice Pillar.
